JOIN THE ALLIANCE!  The Charlottesville Alliance Sports Club (The Alliance) offers a competitive travel program that is a progressive, comprehensive platform designed to inspire and develop players from U11 to U19, boys and girls. It is the first proper player-centric program in the Charlottesville area. Under Sporting Director Shay Bell and Technical Staff, the club will follow the most modern US Soccer Federation and United Soccer Coaches curriculums to develop players that play an attractive brand of soccer at the highest competitive level.

The success of our player development philosophy is evidenced by the achievements of our individual players and the consistent growth of our teams. The Alliance will produce multiple State, Regional, National Pool, and International players and teams. The program has a long history of developing athletes who become lifelong game advocates and go on to play at top colleges and the professional, National Team, and International levels.

Charlottesville Alliance Sports Club's travel program is for advanced youth soccer players. It offers multiple teams within each age group/gender so that players can find the level best suited to their current development. The Alliance's top teams are for elite-level soccer players, allowing them to train and develop in highly competitive environments daily. Our travel program offers fun, educational, and competitive training and game environments for players to become more serious and dedicated to their development.

Our very best teams will play in the United States Youth Soccer (USYS) National League and USYS National South Atlantic Conferences, playing against teams in the Mid-Atlantic region (Virginia, Maryland, D.C.) and no further north than Baltimore or further south than Roanoke or Virginia Beach. Teams will also participate in Virginia Youth Soccer Association (VYSA) leagues, such as the Club Champions League (CCL) state cup competitions and the EDP League.
